GOGA Instructor

Brandi is a wife and mother of two teenagers, two dogs and a horse. She is a personal trainer and enjoys designing fun and challenging workouts to help her clients reach their fitness goals. She started doing yoga to add more variety to her workouts. She loves the strength that yoga gives her, plus the flexibility and balance that it brings to both her workouts and her life.

 CLASS HOURS

 Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm

Private sessions can be reserved for:

Friday 6:00 -7:00 pm

Saturday 9:30 -10:30 am
